How far back can I claim?

Depending on your route and regulation, claims can go back 1 to 6 years. If you have the flight number, it's worth checking.

What if the airline denies my claim?

We escalate. We handle follow-ups, DOT complaints, and re-submissions, included in the fee.

Do I need to do anything?

How long does it take?

US refunds typically resolve in 2-4 weeks. EU/UK compensation: 4-12 weeks, longer if we need to escalate.

Can I check an old flight?

Yes. US claims go back 1 year. EU claims: up to 6 years depending on country.

What if I already accepted a voucher?

You may still be entitled to cash. Airlines routinely hand out vouchers knowing most passengers won't push further. In many cases, accepting a voucher does not waive your right to the cash compensation the law requires. Enter your flight and we'll check.

Will the airline penalize me for filing?

No. Filing a compensation claim is your legal right. Airlines cannot retaliate against passengers for exercising it.
