Why passengers choose TravelStacks
You keep more money on every claim
On a $400 US refund, AirHelp takes $140 and you keep $260. TravelStacks charges $19 and you keep $381. On a $1,550 denied boarding claim, you keep $155 more with TravelStacks.
$19 flat fee for US refunds — unique in the industry
Every other compensation service charges a percentage. A flat $19 fee means your payout is predictable, and larger refunds don't cost you more.
No app download required
TravelStacks works entirely in your browser. AirHelp+ — AirHelp's 0%-commission tier — requires their app and a paid subscription.
Flight Watch alerts you before you even know there's a problem
Enter an upcoming flight and we'll monitor it in real time. If your flight is disrupted, we notify you immediately — before the claim window closes. AirHelp has no equivalent feature.
We never stop: automatic escalation from airline to DOT complaint
Our escalation engine follows up at 7, 14, 21, and 30 days — and escalates to a formal DOT complaint if the airline doesn't respond. No extra charge. AirHelp charges up to 50% for legal escalation.

13+ years in business
AirHelp has processed millions of claims. We're newer — which is exactly why our fees are lower and our service is more personal.

Frequently asked questions
Is TravelStacks better than AirHelp?
For US passengers, TravelStacks is cheaper on every claim — $19 flat for refunds vs AirHelp's 35%, and 25% vs 35% for denied boarding and EU/UK compensation. AirHelp has more reviews and a longer track record. If keeping more of your payout matters, TravelStacks wins on price. If you want the largest established service, AirHelp is the incumbent.
How much does AirHelp charge?
AirHelp charges 35% of your compensation as their standard fee. For legal escalation (if the airline doesn't pay voluntarily), the fee increases to up to 50%. AirHelp+ members pay 0% commission but must pay a subscription fee and download the AirHelp app.
Can I switch from AirHelp to TravelStacks?
If you have a claim already in progress with AirHelp, you are likely bound by their agreement for that claim. However, for any new flights — past or upcoming — you can use TravelStacks. If AirHelp has not yet submitted your claim, review your agreement before switching.
Is TravelStacks legit?
TravelStacks is a US-based flight compensation service operating under US law. We process claims under DOT, EU261, and UK261 passenger rights regulations. We are new — which means we don't have 234,000 Trustpilot reviews yet. We do have a no-win, no-fee guarantee: if we don't recover anything, you pay nothing.
